The agent in charge of the team who led the assault on my home last November has chosen not to respond to the affidavit despite being given more than enough time. The next step in the process is to notarise the affidavit and publish a public notice.
Bellow is a copy of the notice served on the Investigating Officer as a courtesy.
This post also serves the purpose of publishing the notice to the public.
Dear Amanda,
Despite being given ample opportunity to do so, you failed to answer the affidavit served on you on 4 February 2015.
This affidavit will now be notarised and become truth in commerce and an instant judgement under UCC and common law.
For your information, I attach a copy of the public notice which will be published from today. The Notice will remain published for a period of 14 days after which I will be handing the matter over to a debt collection agency.
As a further gesture of goodwill I extend to you another opportunity to apologise in writing for the unlawful acts perpetrated by yourself and your gang of agents as described in the affidavit. Should such an apology be forthcoming prior to the expiration of 14 days, I will immediately withdraw the lien without handing the matter over.
Kind regards
Lawrence: Strydom

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
A Common Law Commercial Lien has been LAWFULLY established between myself, Lawrence: of the family Strydom, and the individual who accepts liability for the Name “Amanda Koekemoer“, at address c/o SAPS Organised Crime Unit, Pietermaritzburg, herein referred to as “the Tortfeaser”.
The reason for this Lien is that I have been the subject of a wrong (i.e. a tort) at the hands of the Tortfeaser, and my remedy IN LAW is to be able to place Lien on their property, until the wrong has been set aright. Thus I am LAWFULLY able to seize goods and assets that belong to the Tortfeaser, up to the amount of the Commercial Lien, which is 24427600 GBP (TWENTY FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED BRITISH POUNDS).
This Notice is to inform whomsoever may be concerned that the creditworthiness of this Tortfeaser is, henceforth, highly suspect, until the Lien lapses – or is, by some other means, removed.
Well said!

It is time for the criminal justice stooges to be held accountable for protecting and serving the corporate state at the expense of true justice and the rights of the people they are supposed to protect and serve!

Yes sir that’s quite fair. 24 million is very lenient. Life is valuable and should be treated kindly in all circumstances

About time these SAPS gangsters were put in their place. But I think that the SAPS will need an example to ensure this isn’t just an empty threat
